In large classes, it is easy for incorrect form, poor alignment, and compensatory movement patterns to go unnoticed. Over time, these habits can reduce results and, in some cases, contribute to discomfort or injury.

Pilates Essentials

This class is beginner-friendly and designed for all levels, focusing on alignment, breathing control, and proper technique. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, you will leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body. Classes incorporate both the Reformer and Pilates Chair to provide a well-rounded Pilates experience.

Athletic Flow

A dynamic, full-body reformer class designed for clients with prior Pilates experience. Athletic Flow combines strength, endurance, coordination, and continuous movement patterns to create a challenging yet controlled workout. Expect faster transitions, advanced progressions, and a stronger focus on building stamina, stability, and total-body strength while maintaining the precision and control that Pilates is known for. Classes incorporate both the Reformer and Pilates Chair to provide a well-rounded Pilates experience.

Jumpboard Cardio

Our Jump Board classes combine the principles of Pilates with dynamic cardiovascular training to create a challenging, full-body workout. Using the reformer and jump board, you'll experience the sensation of jumping and running in a low-impact environment, allowing you to build endurance, strengthen muscles, and improve cardiovascular fitness with less stress on the joints than traditional high-impact exercise.
